I am married with grownup children, my youngest is 27. I have always been very interested in Alternative/complementary/Holistic therapies. I truly believe in the power of touch and the body's ability to heal itself, given the correct environment and encouragement.

I worked in a Local Government department for many years. In recent years, I started thinking more about alternative therapies and how I wish I'd had the confidence years ago to train in this field, also wishing I could turn back the clock and study again... I just couldn't stop thinking about it!

After much thought I made the decision to follow my instincts. I started to research all the possibilities open to me. I decided that I had to do it now! So in 2006 I enrolled into my first of many courses at the Holistic Training Centre, Southampton, I haven't looked back since and am now fully qualified in: Reflexology, Indian head massage, Swedish massage, hot stone massage, Hopi ear candling, Ayurvedic facial massage, 

To compliment my holistic and massage I also offer the following beauty treatments: Ear Piercing, Waxing, Pedicure, Manicure and Facial treatments from basic to luxury.

I am fully insured and a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists and The Guild of Beauty Therapists
